Hi, I’m Kaitlyn. I run the day to day so you can get back to building.
I’ve spent 15+ years inside small businesses, and 5+ of them in the COO seat. I was the first hire at Majestic Hospitality Group in 2011, and I’m still there. Somewhere along the way I figured out the thing I’m best at: taking an owner’s vision and making sure it survives contact with reality.
I’m a Certified EOS Integrator, a Certified Asana Expert, and an Asana Ambassador. That means I don’t hand you a strategy deck and wish you luck. I build the systems, sort out who sits in which seat, and do the work alongside your team.
And I’ll tell you what I tell every client in our first conversation: profit is the only number that matters. Revenue is a vanity metric.
