My Path Here (the short version)
I grew up around small business—my dad ran multiple ventures—so operations is in my DNA. I’ve worked in hospitality, manufacturing and marketing, freelanced across industries, and even ran a convention center where I scaled annual events from 325 to 475 in a year.
The turning point came in 2021, when I became Operations Manager for a digital entrepreneur. I found my zone of genius: translating creative vision into repeatable results. Since then, I’ve partnered with founders to:
